A leading Public Shareholding Omani company in the Financial
sector is looking for a qualified and well experienced Senior Project Engineer
for their prestigious building project in Musca t.
The candidate should be competent enough to supervise the appointed Contractors & Consultants and to do the following independently-

Develop project objectives by designing, reviewing project
proposals and plans
Identifying project phases and elements; assigning
contractors to phases and elements.
Determines project specifications by studying product design,
company requirements, and performance standards; completing technical studies;
preparing regular MIS reports.
Confirms product performance by designing and conducting
tests.
Determines project schedule by studying project plan and
specifications and maintain schedule
Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications,
and plan and schedule changes; recommending actions.
Prepares regular project status reports
Measurement and certification of the work done by the
contractor
