Extensive experience in the use, installation and
configuration of AutoCad, Revit, Newis work and other Autodesk products.
Experience with BIM modelling implementation, training team and use BIM for all drawing coordination.
Experience in overall coordination, Interface between Architectural, Structural, MEP & other special trades as per project need.
Experience in managing Drawing control register, Drawing control schedule, daily monitoring, Highlighting delay, issues and abilities to push drafting team to match project targets.
Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
Excellent organisational skills, communication skills, the ability to multi-task and most importantly should be a team player.

Description
Prepare and update commissioning programmes.
Ensure the installation is installed correctly to comply with
the commissionability and maintainability of the systems.
Carry out witnessing of test to ensure systems are ready for
commissioning.
Monitor commissioning progress and resolve any problems that
may arise.
Attend & Hold commissioning meetings to highlight any
constraints.
Demonstrating the system functional performance to the
client/consultant.
Produce information required for O&M manuals. Ensure
requirements are met for the handover stage of the project.

He will also be responsible to maintain all relevant records
pertaining to pre-commissioning and commissioning and also ensure that the
activities are carried out in accordance with relevant industry standards.
