Head - Learning & Development at major hypermarket &
Trading Group in UAE
Role:
- To manage the end-to-end learning and development function at the Retail and Trading Group
- The incumbent with also focus on Leadership Development Initiatives for Mid and Senior Management
- Would be required to also conduct soft skills training workshops
- May also work on other areas of HR (non-operational) like Performance Management initiatives, etc.
Requirements:
- HR professional with 7-10 yrs of experience in Learning & Development
- Ideally should have worked in the Retail sector
- Should have conducted soft skills training workshops
- Ideally should also have some idea of other areas of HR like Performance Management etc.

* Should have worked in R12 in Finance Implementation project .
* Should Have Worked AP GL AR,FA,CA
* hands-on Experience in Oracle Applications Financials Module. Must have worked on at least 2 iReceivables Projects.
* Comfortable in Oracle iPayments/Payments, GL, AR
* Good exposure on Requirement Gathering, Process Flow Documents, Application configuration and setup, preparation of Configuration Documents..
* Should have experience in Managing Client and Team.
* Sound Experience in implementing AR.
* A good team player with Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills and ability to articulate with people at all levels.
