Responsible
for all the Quality& Production matters in Workshop & on sie. Main job
activity is production planning & execution. Optisum utilisation of
resources. Interaction with customer reps, classification society surveyor sub
contractors & main yard personeel. Identifying TRIANING REQUIREMENT FOR
SUBORDINATES. I dentifiying tooling & equipment requirement for increasing
safety & productivity. Ensure thta the safety quality & Enviorment
requirements of the yard are strictly followed. Perform other job related
duties as assigned by the section head. Degree/Diploma in Engineering or
shipyard apprenticeshin production or sailing Experience as marine enginner. 5
yRS EXP IN THE PRODUCTION SECTION of shipyard or sailing aboard as marine
engineer in the rank of atleast 2nd Enginner.

Job Purpose:
Studies, reviews and advises solutions regarding all structure and civil engineering documents related to the project and civil activities during stages of design; tender and construction. Prepares review reports which control the quality of structure and civil products will be issued for construction.
Education and Qualification:
Bachelor Degree in Civil / Structure Engineering discipline or equivalent.
5 - 6 years' experience in Analysis, Design and Detailed Engineering of Civil and Structural engineering software such as STAAD-Pro, SAP 2000, Foundation-3D, Auto-CAD, Etabs and has good computer literacy, communication, writing and presentation skills. Conversant with relevant international codes and standards.
Remains abreast of new technical methods in area of expertise for purpose of recommending changes to company codes and standards. Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills and maintain good relations with all levels of management and employees.
