assignment location is California.
The candidate responsibilities will be to:
Perform a detailed assessment of shop floor processes and determine points of misalignment and then define a detailed set of deliverables for changes to either the process or Baan set up or some combination of both, then perform work sessions with stake holders and develop a to be that can be delivered in 2015 and then implement it. Key focus is to improve, optimize and standardize manufacturing and logistics process and related job instructions.
Develop and perform formal and structured user training, specific to the customer usage and process.
Conduct site audits to streamline the processes using best business practices
Maintain business process documentation and user guides
Should be very strong in both documentation skills as well as oral communication with the business users
Expectations:
Must have at hands on functional consulting/support experience in Baan IVc4 \ Infor Ln modules of manufacturing and logistics; specifically in high volume Kanban and assembly manufacturing.

Some travel to Suwanee, GA may be required.
No system coding experience is required, but ability to translate and document functional requirements for development is required
