Achieve monthly production targets.
Monitor productivity shift wise and corrective action if required.
Monitor WIP pipes in welding section
Co-ordination between quality, maint.
Check the bottleneck area & initiate improvement action
Measure & monitor quality & qty. Of work from individual
Monitor & maintain of condition of machines
Monitor flux recovery from od station & effective use
Prepare shift schedule
Prepare proposed WPS for saw & repair
Prepare final WPS & PQR
Monitor repair performance
Monitor quality related issues take CAPA
Monitor rejection and take CAPA .
Co-ordination with TPI .
Check process chart.
Qualify PQT & PQR
Check quality of saw pipes
Check effective utilization of manpower, dv, SV, tools, spares . Etc
Training to supervisor and operators
Multi skilling of operators and their development
Job rotation
Identification of training needs.
Qualified welders
Up keeping plant condition
Modification and implementation of developments
Monitoring training of trainee welders
Take trials from various dv & SV suppliers & qualify for consumables
Initiating the action to prevent occurrence of nonconformity relating to production
Ensuring safe working condition and practice
Proper house keeping

Graduate in Electrical / Civil Engineering with experience as
a Project Manager in EPC projects of EHV GIS sub-stations upto 400 kV / 380 kV
Overhead transmission lines / EHV cable-laying. Should possess skills of
handling multiple sites, labour force, construction interface, productivity
monitoring, cost control & financial management, including Quality, HSE
& Risk management. PgMP / PMP certification will be an added advantage.
