We have an
opening for the post of Inventory controller in Dubai, with Garment
Manufacturing Company..
Salary: 2000
AED to 3000 plus AED
Job
Responsibility:
1) Arranging
cut plan from each factory based on the order summary from merchandiser.
2) Check and make sure cut plan details are correct.
3) Prioritize markers based on the communication with factory.
4) Getting approval on hiking cut orders from merchandisers by reviewing the fabric details.
5) Update the cut orders from mail and circulate the Cut order WIP weekly once.
6) Update the cut orders in fabric monitor by creating the Art cut orders and send the PDF files to concern factory.
7) Creating order details file PO wise, color wise, with cut and ship qty for work in process and to make sure the final order completion reports figure are matching.
8) Reviewing shipment charts from factory
9) Working on the extra requests from factory and taking confirmation from merchandiser and store for the credibility of the reports.
10) Getting approval from management on the extra requests and update the same in cut WIP and generate Art extra cut orders against five reasons.
11) Following with Export chart and maintain the record of MRN reports.
12) Work on RO process with concerns on pendency
13) Making final reconciliation for the fabric and garments based on the OCR, FCR,PTR,STR from factory .
