Senior Civil Engineer
Business Division: Bul Hanine Re-development Project
Education:
B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from an internationally
recognized University.
Membership in a recognized professional engineering
association (or institution) is preferable.
Experience & Skills:
A Minimum of 12 years experience civil engineering,
foundation and civil construction activities for major onshore project in Oil
& Gas Industry with an Oil & Gas Company or Consultant/Contractor
Experience must cover onshore O&G facilities
(e.g. onshore pipeline, gas processing plant earthwork, process &
non-process buildings, equipment critical foundations, pipe racks, roads,
etc.).
Experience must cover project initiation to FEED,
detailed design, construction, commissioning and handover.
Fully Familiar with international civil design and
construction codes, standards and project specifications.
Hands-on experience in analysis and design of
Reinforced concreted structures using popular software's like Staad Pro, SAP
etc. is essential.
Familiar with design review software such as
PDS/PDMS or SPR
Must have Strong planning, communication, reporting
and leadership skills.
Proven ability to manage Civil engineering team in
major project environment and effective Team Player.
Procurement Coordinator
Business Division: Bul Hanine Re-development Project
Education:
B.Sc. Mechanical/Electrical Engineering from an
internationally recognized University.
Experience & Skills:
Membership in a recognized professional engineering
association (or institution) is preferable.
Minimum of 12 years experience of relevant
procurement experience in oil & gas major Onshore projects.
Experience with multibillion portfolio
multi-packages project and managing LLI's is a distinct advantage.
Experience with project execution from concept
engineering, FEED, construction and commissioning.
Senior Contract Engineer
Business Division: Bul Hanine Re-development Project
Education:
B.Sc. degree in an Engineering discipline from a
recognized university; higher degree would be advantageous
Experience & Skills:
Membership in a recognised professional engineering
association (or institution) is preferable.
A minimum of 12 years' experience in contract
management for Oil & Gas major projects in an Oil & Gas Company or
Contractor/consultant.
Experienced in the implementation of industry best
practices and company's systems, processes, and standards
Senior Project Engineer
(NGL Plant)
Business Division: Bul Hanine Re-development Project
Education:
B.Sc. in an Engineering discipline from a recognized
University; higher degree would be advantageous.
Experience & Skills:
Membership in a recognised professional engineering
association (or institution) is preferable.
A minimum of 12 years experience in engineering,
project management and execution of major and mega Oil & Gas projects in an
Oil & Gas company or Contractor/Consultant.
Experienced n project engineering, preparation of
scope of work for tender, bid evaluation, project risk assessment, contracts
coordination and management.
Senior Loss Prevention
Engineer-Offshore
Business Division: Bul Hanine Re-development Project
Education:
B.Sc. relevant Engineering discipline from of a
recognized University; higher degree would be advantageous
Membership in a recognized professional engineering
HSE association/institution is preferable
Experience & Skills:
Minimum of 12 years relevant experience in offshore
safety and loss prevention engineering in Oil & Gas industry with an Oil
& Gas Company or Consultant/Contractor
Familiarity with all HSE regulatory requirements,
international safety engineering codes, standards & best practices for
highly sour offshore & offshore environment
Experienced in developing and endorsing HSE
specifications and participating in HSE studies in particular HAZID, HAZAN,
HAZOP, FERA, SIL, JHA, HCA, SIMOPS, over pressurization studies, flare
radiation and dispersion study, identification of safety critical system and
subsystems & QRA for highly sour fields
Fully familiar with safety requirements in process
& emergency shut-down systems, deluge system, relief and blow-down system
Experienced in preparing and endorsing Oil & Gas
project HSE Design deliverables (e.g. HSE philosophies, HSE objectives, F&G
and C&E diagrams, failure modes, EERA plan, PFP and AFP specifications, BA,
emergency plans, life support system etc)
Fully familiar with FEED and EPIC safety design
documents (e.g. P &ID's, data sheets, specifications, etc)
Skills in: Effective communication and presentation
